If you are interested in model trains and Christmas village items, this is the sale for you! There are also many antiques & collectables. This home is in a gated community, so you will need to call (725) 780-6030 for entry. We want to be respectful of the neighbors, so please park away from driveways and red zones!  

We have conducted numerous sales with model train setups and Christmas villages in the past, but I assure you this sale offers extensive options. The train setup includes lighting & sound, along with boxes of unopened train-related items. The Christmas village has moving parts along with lights, and here too, boxes of unopened houses and accessories! The photos do not do justice to the attention to detail in both collections!

The sale also includes a queen-size iron bed, 2 antique tea carts, many other holiday items, a beautiful contemporary patio sectional, table & chairs, rock maple wall unit, a dining set, dishes, cookware, a desk & 2 desk chairs, antique desk, antique end tables, a colonial style bedroom set, and the garage is FILLED with tools!
